Thank you for your patience during this maintenance period as we prepare for a significant PPO update. Last week, all PPO sites were impacted by unexpected and intermittent downtime. As a result, the update has been delayed as our development team was focused on monitoring traffic and working with AWS support. We are moving ahead behind-the-scenes, working on the final steps of the update while continuing to monitor traffic to avoid any additional downtime.
Limited access to the Interface Management Site has been restored until the update has been published. If you need to modify settings in any of the restricted sections, please contact pposupport@museumsoftware.com.
You can continue to upload new data and images through the PastPerfect desktop program and use your PPO site normally during this time. A notification will be sent to the email address listed for each organization's primary PPO Contact once the update has been published and full access to IMS is available.
